The Council is a twining organization with the Industrial Accident Prevention Association (IAPA) of Ontario, Canada, and it works closely with OSH organizations in the Mainland China, Taiwan and Macau to keep Hong Kong ahead of the changes through continuous benchmarking and sharing.
