Stress by itself is a neutral motivating force. It motivates us to persevere in things we are working on. However, if the stress from work is too much, we will perceive that we are getting out of control of the work. This state of excessive stress will eventually hinder our motivation. The Council has provided workshops and DIY kit to give an introduction to work stress, the health effects, stress management and relaxation methods, so that it can improve the health of employees and enhance the workplace productivity.
