Construction Industry Safety Excellence Award Construction Industry Safety Excellence Award

Construction Industry Safety Excellence Award

To further enhance the safety culture within the construction industry and to recognise organisations and frontline workers who excel in occupational safety and health management, thereby setting safety benchmarks for the industry, the Labour Department and the Occupational Safety and Health Council are launching the new "Construction Industry Safety Excellence Award" this year. The Award integrates the "Construction Industry Safety Award Scheme" and the "Construction Safety Promotional Campaign", both of which have been implemented for over 20 years. It is supported by various government departments and relevant industry stakeholders, including organisations, trade associations and labour unions, with the aim of promoting continuous improvement in OSH performance across the industry.
