Heart Caring Charter Renewal
- To encourage continuous improvement, the Heart Caring Charter features an annual renewal system. Organisations are required to renew their charter one year after signing to extend their commitment to employee health. Renewal must be completed within a 6-month grace period after expiration; otherwise, the use of the logo must cease. (For example: If expired on September 30, 2025, renewal must be completed by March 31, 2026).
- Two Pathways for Renewal:
- 1. Renew "Heart Caring Organisation" : Simply complete the "Basic Action List" by fulfilling at least one action item in each of the three categories: Cardiovascular Disease Prevention, Healthy Lifestyle, and Mental & Psychological Health.
- 2. Upgrade to "Heart Caring Organisation+" : If your organisation incorporated cardiovascular health promotion into its annual policies or targets and allocated resources for execution, you are welcome to apply for the "Heart Caring Organisation+" upgrade by submitting both the "Basic Action List" and "Advanced Action Lists".
